Review on Sewing Machine Singer 1412

To begin with, what is a minus for me is very dim and very yellow light from the built-in lamp! Why not LED lighting? This is a question for the manufacturer! The cost is cheap. And enough for a long time! We must think about the eyes of users of this and other sewing machines with such lighting! What century do we live in?!

For the rest, I like this sewing machine, I chose from the ratio of price and a set of stitches – curly stitches, buttonhole, zigzags for knitwear …

Sometimes, however, the stitch length switch sticks (on the right in the photo above). After switching it to blue mode (to activate blue stitches on the wheel on the left in the photo above), sometimes it is not immediately possible to switch to the opposite direction (to black mode). What is the reason for this, I do not know.

It is important to thread the bobbin correctly and firmly insert the bobbin into the compartment. Be sure to look at the drawings in the instructions!

It is better to press the pedal carefully, it is sensitive and the speed of the machine depends on the pressing force, respectively. The pedal looks like this:

I don’t really understand the “crooked” (uneven) base of the sewing machine … What is the part where the bobbin compartment and, in fact, the main working part with the needle made in the form of the letter “L”?

Ideally, I would like more lines, but these are enough for the basic needs). I especially like this curly stitch:

User manual contains useful information on regulating the zig-zag line. The machine is not noisy according to my feelings, lightweight (for the machine), apart from the “defective” light, I like this sewing machine!
